A Pennsylvania man is preparing for a legal battle after being arrested following a car crash on June 17. He is facing drunk driving and other charges as a result of the event. A preliminary hearing regarding this case has already taken place.
At approximately 6:30 a.m., a 38-year-old male was operating his SUV on Route 8 in Shaler when he is said to have crossed the center line and struck another vehicle.
